The foundation is a nonprofit association and has been granted tax exempt status under the IRS Code Section 501(c)(3). This designation is retroactive to September 2008 when the application was submitted.
Plumbing Apprenticeship Training Program
The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Nevada Education Foundation may be taking applications from the public in July of 2011 for the 2011 class year. Entry into the program would be granted (if there is a class) to those who score highest on the required interview and who will be employed by member plumbing contractors. The state of the local economy is preventing jobs from being offered to many new apprentices. The maximum size of this year's class will likely be 10.
